Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for our medical supplies company located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Input & process transactions obtaining such information as Customer account #, quantity, reason for return, item #, invoice research in Microsoft Great Plains
Liaise with Customers, Customer Service Team, and Multiple Distribution Centers via phone, fax, email, chat, and mail regarding Returns.
Process information/paperwork pertaining to returns/credits due to defects, damage, and/or wrong amounts.
Process any returns in accordance with our guidelines.
Track inventory transactions made through the returns process.
Liaise with Carriers to file freight Claims.
Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
