    Job Description:
    The position will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

    Building and managing project teams, reporting to the VP of Operations, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Conduct thorough requirements analysis and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
    Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation
    Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
    Utilize project management methodologies to guide project activities
    Ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle by conducting regular reviews and audits
    Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications
    Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
    Provide a project schedule and plan to identify when each task will be performed
    Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
    Provide project leadership, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts throughout project life cycle
    Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
    Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to respective teams
    Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
    Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
    Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Experience in conducting requirements analysis and translating them into actionable project plans
    Familiarity with Monday Board, Visio or similar software for creating process flowcharts and diagram
    Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
    Demonstrated leadership managing people
    Strategic, operational, technical and management skills
    Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
    Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
    Ability to build and manage interdepartmental teams
    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
    Experience in meeting facilitation and conflict management to ensure productive discussions and decision-making processes
    Writing skills for creating clear and concise project documentation
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing project deliverables and timelines

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field
    Minimum of 5 year's work experience in healthcare/clinic environment
    PMP Certification a highly preferred
    Medical Practice Integration experience

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Must be willing and able to travel to clinic sites, when necessary.
