    The Job Description:  The EyeCare Advisor plays a crucial role in creating exceptional value in the lives of customers by delivering an outstanding LensCrafters Experience.  They ensure that all patients receive top-notch Optometric care while meeting store key performance indicators through flawless execution of patient experiences/behaviors, and seamless links between doctor and retail functions. The Advisor drives results through appointment management strategies, implements effective operational processes, and ensures strict adherence to HIPAA protocols.
