    Founded in 2008, Morrison Millwork is the leading distributor of windows and doors for the custom home market in North Carolina and upstate South Carolina. Our company is expanding its territory coverage through various initiatives, offering renowned brands such as Weathershield, Loewen, and NanaWall.

    Role Summary:

    To establish and maintain partnerships with customers on behalf of Morrison Millwork to meet their window and door requirements. Salespersons play a vital role in fostering enduring relationships between customers and the company, aiming to boost sales numbers by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and finalizing deals.

    Essential Roles:

    • Generating Leads: Prospecting (cold calls, referrals), collaborating with Business Development.
    • Building Relationships: Fostering and sustaining trusting and innovative relationships.
    • Qualifying Opportunities: Understanding customer needs, offering innovative solutions.
    • Servicing Customers: Delivering courteous, caring service and always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
    • Continuing Education: Becoming well-versed in Morrison Millwork's product range and engaging in continuous professional and industry development.
    • Autonomous Motivation: Setting and achieving goals independently, in line with effective selling practices.

    Accountabilities:

    • Utilizing Morrison Millwork's Proven Process - 'The Morrison Millwork Way' to qualify and secure sales.
    • Contacting prospects, identifying key contacts, qualifying leads, and navigating them through the sales pipeline.
    • Implementing territory and sales strategies effectively.
    • Assessing customer needs, presenting 'The Morrison Millwork Way,' and proposing innovative solutions.
    • Providing the Sales Support team with necessary information for timely proposals.
    • Following up with customers to present proposals and close deals.
    • Addressing customer complaints promptly and coordinating solutions with the Service team.
    • Completing all administrative tasks and data entry as per company guidelines.

    Other Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field OR a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Reliable transportation is essential.
    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
    • Availability and willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
