- Engage in highlevel contributions to ongoing research projects, including all phases of research (e.g., conceptualization, data analysis, dissemination, etc.)
- Coauthor and lead at least two to five planned manuscripts.
- Serve as a collaborator on grant submissions.
- Actively participate in professional development activities and conferences.
- Serve as a mentor for graduate and undergraduate research assistants.
- Review 23 manuscripts annually for academic journals.
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Strong research background in areas related to the laboratory's research interests.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and coauthor publications.
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.
- Effective communication and mentoring abilities.
