    Global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage is seeking an HR Coordinator for a fully remote contract opportunity. Eastern or Central Time zones preferred.

    Contract Duration: 5 Months Required Skills & Experience
    • Computer savvy
    • Years of experience: minimum of 1 year working in HR role
    • Comfortable working in Excel
    • Manipulate Excel file
    • Complete data entry into an HRIS System, Oracle, etc.
    • Be organized so that details are not missed
    • Work efficiently and timely, this will be remote, and must be able to track themselves independently
    • Strong attention to detail
      What You Will Be Doing
      Daily Responsibilities
      • Create packets and send emails related to HR transaction processing.
      • Upload paperwork into digital filing system.
      • Complete requests related to HR platform (Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM).
      • Processing unemployment claims.
      • Responding to general employee questions and requests.
      • Other HR-related projects as assigned.
