- The PC / Equipment Support Technician is responsible for planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of personal computer workstations, peripherals and related support equipment
- Maintains workstation inventory and documentation
- Evaluates and makes recommendations for workstation-related technologies i.e. DVD players, flash drives, etc. to the Technical Services Supervisor
- Minimum three years demonstrated successful current work experience supporting desktop computers in a help desk or field service environment required
- A+ certification a plus but not a requirement
