    Description

    The Warehouse Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing all the operational activities in the warehouse. These individuals are multi-taskers at heart and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In addition to people management, often times, they are juggling multiple priorities with little to no supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise the activities of employees to the ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing materials and supplies to jobs.

    Act as a point of contact for all administrative duties with regard to assigned employees included but not limited to managing the paid time off, employee review, and raise/bonus programs as well as assisting with disciplinary and personnel issues as directed

    Work across all functional areas Operations, Technical Support, Customer Support, Sales, to ensure quality, customer service, and practices in support of the policies and procedures of the organization.

    Manage the accuracy and maintenance of all materials documentation, physical inventory, storage locations and inventory reconciliation.

    Work directly with operational teams to ensure accurate and on time delivery of all materials.

    Create, maintain and execute material logistic strategies to manage inventory and control excess inventory

    Ensure that technicians maintain and update our service management systems used in creating service request orders

    Mine data from manufacturer websites and works to discover innovative solutions to problems

    Involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes

    Cycle counts, Year End Physical Inventory and adjustments.

    Responsible for reporting operational metrics to the organization.

    Must be a problem solver and have a positive approach to every challenge

    Promote a safety-first workplace.

    Candidate Requirements

    3-5 years of warehousing and inventory management experience

    Proficiency in data analysis

    Proficiency with all MS Office software

    Experience with process flow design

    Ability to independently solve problems

    Ability to communicate effectively

    Ability to work in a team environment or independently
