Our offices are equipped with CARE Pro Training Centers where we can teach you any activities of daily living (ADL's) that you may not know or just need some brushing up on. Some of these ADL's include bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care.

    Schedule Description:

    We currently have a great need for CARE Professionals looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time work schedules. We have full time positions 8AM-5PM Monday through Sunday and Part-time 8AM-Noon Monday-Sunday (minimum 16/hrs a week for PT). We work with you to see what days work for you

    What Does a Community Care Professional Do?

    At Home Instead, caring is our passion, and it starts with our CARE Pros. Our Community Care Professionals help with activities of daily living to allow seniors to remain in their homes at the Senior Living Facility, while assisting them with the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. We also offer flexible schedules, competitive pay and a great work culture

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Companionship and conversation
    • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
    • Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities
    • Medication assistance and/or reminders
    • Assistance with grooming and bathing
    • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
    • Alzheimer's Care (We train)

    Caregiver Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
    • Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.
    • Punctual
    • Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen.
    • Possess a valid driver's license, social security card and valid auto insurance.
    • Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.
