Meta is seeking a construction professional to join our design, engineering, and construction organization as a Preconstruction Manager. The candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership and delivery teams to manage projects from design kick off through to break ground on site and contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Successful execution of large-scale commercial agreements with external partners from design kick off through construction start
- Fully account for implications of change management within our organization support execution team in change evaluation from a preconstruction and commercial accountability perspective
- Maintain industry connections and develop database of prequalified external partners/potential new partners for design, engineering, and construction services
- Lead program management alignment of multiple projects in preconstruction phase including programmatic cost schedule risk comparison and alignment implementation constructability approaches across several internal stakeholder teams
