    Shipping and Loading Production Associate - 2nd Shift

    Your Role:

    • Handle glass materials by moving them from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for 8 or more hours daily.
    • Transport materials including glass to optimize production workflow.
    • Label products accurately and attach appropriate tags.
    • Conduct quality inspections and operate equipment safely.
    • Familiarize yourself with the facility layout for effective product flow.
    • Perform various job functions on a rotational basis.
    • Inspect products for defects and report issues to your supervisor immediately.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Regular attendance and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
    • Basic math skills, including reading and interpreting measurements using a tape measure.
    • Willingness to work in various production areas as needed.
    • Flexible schedule, generally Monday through Friday with potential weekends.
    • Preferred: One year of work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
    • Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted and up to 150lbs with assistance.
    • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
