- Purchase Orders: Coordinate creation, tracking, and coordination of PO's, including Opex and COGS, vendor & license management. Track closure and invoicing of PO's, working with individual PO owners.
- Cross-Group Coordination: Ensure all admins are engaged and educated on PO process. Ensure new hierarchy is correctly utilized. Expense tracking and Forecasting Model: Loading & Reconciliation.
- Finance Reporting: Reporting & coordination with Finance to ensure all ties to targets.
- Discretionary Opex Coordination: Work with teams to ensure spending plans are in place and tracking is provided.
- Experience: 5-7 years in the field.
- Degree: Finance or related preferred.
- Best vs. Average: Ideal resume includes experience with PO tools and finance.
- Performance Indicators: Assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, organization, and directing people efficiently.
