    DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role:

    DTCC is embarking on an exciting multi-year journey to bring new digital capabilities to our clients.

    As the Portfolio Manager for the Digital Client Journey Transformation Tribe, you will play a key leadership role in the Client Services organization by acting as the "right hand" of the Tribe Lead, driving forward a set of initiatives as part of the overall $12MM Tribe technology portfolio.

    Responsibilities include working with the Tribe Lead and a diverse, cross-functional group of senior business and IT stakeholders to set the vision and roadmap for the Tribe, managing Tribe interdependencies and risks (internal and external) with key partners (e.g., Product Owners, developers, etc.), reporting on Tribe health to ensure optimal performance, and orchestrating and driving key Tribe ceremonies (e.g., the Quarterly Tribe Review, or QTR).

    In addition, the Tribe Portfolio Manager will be a versatile resource who may be charged with leading high-priority, strategic efforts on behalf of the Tribe (analyzing current challenges, developing recommendations, and crafting delivery plans).


    Your Primary Responsibilities:
    Partner with Tribe Lead and key partners across the enterprise to set and continuously evaluate the mission and vision of the Tribe

    Ensure the Tribe's objectives, set forth by the Tribe Lead, are aligned with the key results developed by the Squads, Platforms and Tribe aligned Center of Excellences (COEs)

    Embrace change, identify opportunities, and drive continuous learning and process improvements

    Facilitate decisions regarding the Tribe's roadmap and maintain an outward looking (~12 months) view ensuring both work deliverables & financial forecast are accurate and complete

    Manage Tribe level risks and interdependencies (internal and external) to minimize interruption to the roadmap, including mitigating risks when applicable

    Report on the health of the Tribe in order to ensure optimal performance

    Build meaningful relationships with members of the Tribe and external partner to resolve issues using rapport and trust

    Orchestrate and drive key Tribe ceremonies

    Monitor initiatives and clearly articulate synthesized Tribe level information to members of DTCC's senior leadership team (e.g., Officers and Executive Committee) and any other relevant partners

    Champion transparency by ensuring that all materials are shared & and accessible to the right partners in a reasonable amount of time

    Provide Tribe level engagement with CoEs, including definition of interaction model

    Develop & manage, with the Tribe Lead, the communication plan for client outreach to align with the Tribe roadmap

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 8 years of related experience

    Bachelor's degree (required), advanced degree in related field (Business Management, Finance, Economics, etc.) highly preferred


    Talents Needed For Success:
    Ability to bring together and influence senior leaders while driving the completion of results in a matrixed reporting structure

    Must be highly analytical; able to logically break down complex processes and data hierarchies into their component parts and cogently describe observations and recommendations to partners across the firm

    Strong business analysis skills to draft and present observations, recommendations, and business requirements to internal and external partners for alignment

    Familiar with the "Agile" approach to software development, including standard ceremonies and communication methods

    Comfortable challenging established norms by asking probing questions and paying close attention to detail
