About the Role
As a CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) team member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. This position is perfect for someone with a caring nature, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
What You'll Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the dignity and independence of our clients.
