    Description

    Responsibilities including but not limited to:

    Assist with the inflowing and outflowing of tax documents from clients by copying, scanning, organizing, referencing, and updating documents from clients

    Emailing and calling clients to request for documents

    Coordinate with our office administrators to collate and assemble complete tax files for clients and return tax documents to client

    Assist with mailing, faxing, and emailing documents to client and various taxing authorities

    Maintain and update internal database with client details

    Upload and download tax documents to and from client portal

    Provide administrative support where necessary to ensure a positive experience for clients

    Some Data entry and special projects as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent; AA degree preferred.

    Detail-oriented and professional; Self-driven and ability to work independent and be a team player

    Ability to make logical decision based on firm protocol and procedure

    Must be able to handle confidential information

    Must have ability to prioritize projects, multitask and follow through with projects

    Enjoy a face-pace work environment and stay-cool in a deadline driven industry

    Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    Prior work experience in an office environment is desired
