Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.
Certification is not required to teach at True North.
Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.
Candidates must view education as a vocation and be willing to go above to ensure the moral and academic success of all students.

Competitive Compensation: Starting salary for new teachers, without experience, begins at $52,470. Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:
Master's supplement: $3,410
Doctorate supplement: $7,920
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401K retirement plan.

Professional Development: Extensive opportunities for professional growth and development with a focus on classical philosophy and pedagogy.
Pathway to Certification: Certification not required however you can obtain your Professional Educator's Certification through our FLDOE-approved program.
