Provide daily operations oversight for all stores
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities

FinnWay Express is a locally owned chain of convenience stores in southeast Alabama. We have been in business since 2001. We are looking for someone to lead the day to day operations of our retail stores. Must have management experience, preferably in the convenience store business or another retail sector. Applicants need to be goal oriented able to manage employees and store.
