    Job Description

    Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in formats required for U.S. and parent company reporting.

    Coordinate the preparation of requests from the external financial statement auditors for the quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audit.

    Manage preparation of managerial reporting, including but not limited to Board of Directors Report and Quarterly Management Meeting slides and related minutes.

    Coordinate the preparation of SOX documentation and testing.

    Roles will include but are not limited to assisting in maintaining company narratives, assisting in testing of procedures, and coordinating the requests from external auditors.

    Prepare certain confidential reconciliations and journal entries for month-end close.
    Review journal entries and reconciliations, including but not limited to inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany receivable/payable.

    Conduct finance department research including but not limited to SOX and FASB, including regular (monthly) communication of relevant topics to Vice President – Finance and Controller.

    Establish procedures and create templates to facilitate budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet, P&L and cash flow projections.

    Coordinate the preparation and timely completion of the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates for the company, subsidiaries, and consolidated information.

    Coordinate annual insurance renewal requests with insurance broker.

    Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
    CPA licensure is required.
    Minimum of three to seven years combined experience in financial reporting and auditing (including SOX compliance).

    skills required:
    PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software. Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.


    Solid people leader skills:
    ability to communicate effectively, motivate, support, train, develop and recognize people is essential. Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
