Job summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients.Responsibilities
- Provides skilled physical therapy in accordance with the authorized practitioner's plan of care.
- Treats the patient through the use of therapeutic activities designed to remediate musculoskeletal deficits and restore function . Demonstrates and teaches proper transfers, ambulation, positioning and all other PT functions as stated in their practice act.
