    Administrative Assistant Job Description:We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist whose primary responsibility is forging exceptional relationships with customers inquiring about Granite Gold Inc. brands, products, and services. The Customer Engagement Specialist is the front-line voice for Granite Gold Inc., often the first point of contact with customers, and the ideal candidate is adept at establishing positive experiences on behalf of the company and its brands.

    As the front-line voice, your daily objective is to provide a superior customer experience by collaborating with internal and external customers, operations, and management teams to produce solutions to meet customer needs. With a strong history of customer service experience, you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, possess the ability to critically think while solving problems, you're oriented, and embrace company values.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Recruit potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally
    • Answer any questions via telephone, Live Chat, and email customers may have about available products and services
    • Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
    • Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
    • Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
    • Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction
    • Record all customer interactions in CRM
    • Support sales team's requests for product samples and marketing material deliveries
    • General office duties, including ordering supplies
    Desired Skills:
    • Customer service experience preferred
    • Willingness to participate in training on-the-job
    • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
    • Dedication to customer satisfaction
    • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
    • Ability to stay calm and remain professional
    • 1-3 years' previous experience in customer service
