We're looking for a Senior Director of Product for our Collaborate and Scale pillar to continue to drive Webflow's rapid growth among our largest customers.
Your leadership and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in democratizing the power of web development for large-scale organizations, fostering collaboration, and scaling Webflow's impact globally.
You'll own the vision and craft the strategy for evolving our product to support world-class teams building mission critical web presences for some of the world's most well-known and fastest growing brands.

Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from 223, ,000 for most US locations and 248, ,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor.
Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
As a Senior Director of Product Management for Collaborate and Scale, you'll ...Have a passion for building websites and have ideally built websites yourself in the past or have built products for builders (e.g. designers, developers) before
Own and drive the vision and strategy for our Enterprise and Collaboration teams
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to move the needle on ARR and NRR in partnership with GTM teams
Recruit, develop, and support product managers who are excited to partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver market-leading website solutions
Build an ever-growing set of collaboration workflows that allow team members across an organization to work together on the Webflow platform
Develop new enterprise capabilities that will help unlock new types of opportunities with our larger sales-led customers while also bridging creating value for our self-serve customers
Ability to understand complexity/nuance and communicate clearly and articulate complex technical problems in a simple and easily understood way
Own new capabilities end-to-end and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, etc.)
Establish metrics and methods to measure product results and adoption to measure the success and business of your products and new features; continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for opportunity, improvement, and optimization
Foster deep relationships with key enterprise customers and go-to-market partners, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations to craft impactful, deeply-loved products
Ensure products and features are built to scale, aligning with the dynamic and ever-evolving needs of global enterprises
Huge plus built AI-powered workflow products and at minimum are well versed in a variety of AI technologies

You'll thrive as a/an Senior Director of Product Management if you:
Have a strong business acumen and are adept at configuring how all the different aspects of our product can best serve our business customers
Have minimum 15+ years experience in Product Management
Have minimum 5+ years leading Product efforts at scale
Have 5+ years as an empathetic people manager
Have a strong track record of hiring and growing exceptional talent
Have owned the product strategy for high-growth companies & teams
Are an influential communicator of strategy and vision
Are a strong cross-functional collaborator and partner
