    HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) GENERALIST/TALENT SPECIALIST , MIT Health , tobe responsible for recruitment and payroll processing of full-time, part-time, per diem, and agency workforce members.

    Will be responsible for the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to support all hiring and onboarding initiatives; full cycle support, including sourcing (traditional and social media), posting, prescreening, interviewing, scheduling, and closing the recruitment process; and processing employment transactions and maintaining employee records.
