    MITER Brands is one of the nation's largest manufacturers of residential windows and patio doors. We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to join our team.

    This strategic role drives MITER Brands' product strategy and provides business leadership to meet and exceed the company's revenue and profitability targets.

    The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for managing all aspects of the product portfolio, establishing pricing strategies, analyzing profitability and market trends, and overseeing customer feedback programs to enhance existing products and drive new product development initiatives.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle to align with business strategyMonitor and analyze market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape through a variety of market research sources and methods.

    Develop strategies that enable profitable sales growth with the customers we serveDevise channel-specific and market-specific plans to beat the competition by articulating the unique features and benefits of our full product portfolioWork with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to develop new products that meet current and future customer and market requirementsDefine resource requirements necessary to execute the product roadmapWork cross-functionally to define strategies and project plans aligned with business objectivesManage pricing and profitability to achieve desired market position and margin targetsDevelop the annual operating plan for the comprehensive product portfolioManage product lines as a revenue/profit center to achieve company financial goals and objectivesEnsure that product lines are equipped with appropriate technology and features to drive sales and margin growth targetsPlan product launches, including the development of marketing and sales plansSupport Sales and Operations in delivering sustained profitable growthAnalyze product, customer, and channel profitability and develop plans to optimize performanceProvide demand forecast inputs to S&OPAttend customer meetings in support of the sales processDevelop resources, collateral, programs, and training content that enable sales to articulate the value proposition and support the sales processMeet/exceed targets on the following KPIsSales RevenueCustomer and Product profitability (margin $ and %)Market shareProduct launches on time and within budgetValue-add and cost-reduction targetsForecast accuracyMarket and competitor intelligence accuracyOrganizational alignment for product roadmapCustomer VOC process managementMinimum RequirementsBS in Business, Marketing, Communications or other associated major, MBA a plus10+ years of experience in product management, pricing, marketing, or sales5+ years of experience in building materials industry5+ years in a leadership or management roleHigh level of customer focusInterface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organizationStrong commercial and technical skills backgroundThe MITER Brands benefits package includes coverage of health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
