    Role Overview: As a Contract Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic therapy team, delivering high-quality care to students with diverse needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to individuals' well-being while enjoying the flexibility of a contract role. Your occupational therapy expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
    • Provide client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on improving functional abilities and independence.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
