    Position Overview:

    UNIQLO USA seeks a skilled Associate Search Manager to join the EC Digital Marketing team. This individual will lead the development of new initiatives and oversee current search and shopping strategies for both online and offline operations. Collaborating with our agency, US, and global teams, the Associate Search Manager will drive optimizations and reporting efforts, reporting directly to the Director of EC.

    • Supervise search and shopping campaigns, from strategy to performance evaluation
    • Manage daily responsibilities for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines
    • Implement and enhance the SEO strategy
    • Oversight of product feed management and optimizations
    • Analyze search performance across major channels and execute paid search/shopping enhancements
    • Lead ad copy tests, title testing, keyword analysis, and seasonal learning agendas
    • Offer recommendations and implement strategies for keywords, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
    • Stay updated on search engine and SEM industry trends
    • Collaborate with brand, product, and merchandising teams to enhance site content and marketing
    • Identify and address issues promptly while communicating progress and results to the team and management
    • Define buyer personas for effective audience targeting
    • Conduct competitive analysis within the search landscape
    • Monitor paid search budgets and pacing

    Requirements:

    • BA degree in Marketing/Business or related field
    • 4-5 years of online marketing experience, with at least 2 years of successful search marketing experience
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console; experience with Feedonomics is a plus
    • Knowledge of search and shopping best practices
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
    • Results-oriented with expertise in metrics and ROI analysis
    • Experience managing high-volume search marketing programs for consumer audiences
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business requirements
    • Strong computer skills, time management, organizational and leadership abilities

    Salary: $88,000 - $100,000*

    *Salary offer varies based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and position location.
