Description

We are looking for someone who is determined and dedicated to providing patients with the best treatment experience and someone ready to help grow our hospital and the field of nursing.
Effectively identifies, evaluates, and addresses disease prevention and health promotion issues of the population in the practice while administering quality patient care.
Works in an independent and interdependent relationship with members of the medical staff, which allows for consultation, collaboration, or referral.
Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic, and long-term healthcare issues.Educates patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues, and the use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
Maintains legible, accurate, and confidential medical records. Documents all medical evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, treatments, outcomes, education, referrals, and consultations promptly and consistent with regulatory standards.
Facilitates evaluation of records by physician(s), peers, and Quality and Standards according to protocols, and receives and implements constructive directives.
Apply information technology to manage information, access online medical information, and support their continuing education.Contractual obligations include taking 1st emergency call one in four days/evenings and one in four weekends.
Must have previous experience in outpatient and emergency room settings
Required Knowledge/Skills :
APP skills in medical, minor surgical, and emergency room situations; infection control procedures for dealing with sharp instruments, needles, blood, and body fluids; able to use all related medical equipment, machines, monitors; computer applications.
