- Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
- Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status to include but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
- Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
- Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed

- Minimum three years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Entry Level acceptable

- Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
- Ability to communicate effectively
