Faculty Support Services and assigned faculty members this role provides administrative support to faculty members various administrative departments all areas including support for teaching research programs financial transactions Key Responsibilities include serve as source information students staff faculty on policies procedures office activities format prepare edit proofread variety material assemble attachments review outgoing material completeness scan course work documents Download upload course related information web faculty coursework research secure purchase teaching materials obtain copyright permissions publishers post course material learning management system support assigned courses session coordinator Using Zoom schedule class create Zoom links virtually attend class monitor set up session communicate with students via Zoom chat directed by faculty member alert Media Services technical problems virtual room moderate participation Serve source information classroom AV technology search online libraries ORBIS download articles submit research papers online gather compile organize manipulate data reports summaries design setup spreadsheets graphics PowerPoint presentations Use Universities electronic systems expense management vendor setup travel booking product service orders vendors Collect receipts reimbursement travel domestic international monitor reimbursements prepare documents accordance policies procedures Coordinate logistics events seminars guest lecturers Schedule coordinate meetings talks visitors specifics site visits itineraries
