We're an eco-friendly, hospitality-driven transportation service built around showing up for people, every single day.

Drivers operate company-provided electric vehicles - meaning you never use your own car, never pay for gas, never carry commercial insurance, and never put mileage on your personal vehicle.

Job Description:

We're looking for safe, dependable drivers who enjoy interacting with people and want consistent work with a growing company. Rather than deliveries or app-based rideshare trips, you'll be helping members of the community get where they need to go - seniors attending appointments, workers commuting, residents running errands, and visitors exploring the area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering a high level of customer service
• Ensure vehicles are clean, comfortable, and safety-ready at the start of each shift
• Use navigation and dispatch tools to select efficient routes and support timely arrivals
• Represent Freebee and our municipal or community partners as a professional ambassador, including occasional promotional or outreach events
• Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding incidents, delays, or issues encountered while on the road

Position Requirements:

• You must be at least 22 years old.
• Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Must have a passion for helping others.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.
• Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.

A Day in the Life of a Freebee Ambassador . . .

• Arrive at your assigned Freebee hub (usually a municipal garage) and pick up your vehicle
• Log into the Freebee Driver app and begin your shift
• Complete a brief vehicle inspection to ensure everything is safe and operating properly
• Service ride requests within your assigned zone, following routing instructions from point to point.
• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience to passengers during each trip
• Keep the vehicle clean and comfortable throughout the day
• Stay in touch with dispatch or Driver Support if anything comes up during your shift
• At the end of the shift, return the vehicle to Freebee's hub, do a quick tidy-up, and plug it in to charge
