- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems

- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
- Configure and manage Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
- Ten (10) years of System Administration experience in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Very strong scripting skills (python and bash)
- Experience with ansible and writing playbooks
- AWS expertise
- Well versed with Kubernetes
- Experience in a Linux environment
- AWS certification (Cloud Architect or SysOps Administrator) Preferred
- Any Networking Certification
- Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching (CCT Routing and Switching) certification focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, and operating environment

Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity
Provides system administration for assigned infrastructure and establishes and maintains security as it relates to users

Supports new infrastructure projects
