    Experience as Nurse, with medical records, quality assurance, compliance, treatment planning and/or reviewing behavior analysis is preferredResponsibilities:
    Complete new resident interviews, data collection and move-in paperwork for admissionRegularly complete bimonthly ISP, wellness visits with residents' family members, daily check-ins with residents' health and wellness needs, wellness visits with residents' family members, Monitor and communicate residents' needs and changes in behavior with staffMaintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residentsDevelop working knowledge of all federal, state and company regulations, policies and procedures; ensure complianceRequirements:Ability to speak, read and write EnglishDegree from accredited school of nursing; valid and current nursing license in the state of Wisconsin in good standingAbility to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holiday rotations, and on-call rotationsMust submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelinesWhat you can expect from us: Upon review of your application, if the Hiring Manager wants to move forward, they will contact you to set up an interviewAfter completing 1-2 interviews, if the Hiring Manager wants to move forward, they will contact you to make a job offerUpon receiving the job offer in writing, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and paperwork (via the Paycom App)
