This position supports data center customers with specification reviews, project quotations, legal reviews, and submittal creation for new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with Data Center Sales Managers and Account Managers as an internal technical resource subject matter expert and liaison.
- Manage pre-sales requests for proposals from field sales prepare quotations quotes include information on proposed products specification compliance statements project timelines purchase agreements Work with end users distribution partners third-party suppliers Capable of reviewing executing compliance deviation exceptions CDE customer specifications print packages Coordinates project meetings internal Marketing Engineering Operations Sales departments large complex quotes projects External stakeholders Work Accounting department pricing terms profit targets audits Work Rehlko legal review overall compliance documentation contract negotiation Upon receipt order review completeness support all customer interface submittal data final acceptance Compile create deliver detailed project submittals per project order criteria Sales Managers Follow-up on project submittals Provide project status reports customers Upon receipt approved signed submittal package Project Engineer coordinate transition Account Manager release all project documentation i.e subsitttals manufacturing Prepares conducts Rehlko professional technical seminars Consulting Engineers Distributors Sales Managers relating technical matters product line emphasis Data Center Segment Requirements Bachelor degree engineering discipline ABET accredited engineering program required Minimum five years experience technical quoting reading engineering drawings specifications working product lines similar complexity Leadership skills demonstrated ability build teams make sound decisions drive action cross functionally Demonstrated people skills lead motivate professionals matrix organization direct reports Excellent verbal written presentation skills Strong Working knowledge proficiency Microsoft Suite products Word Excel PowerPoint Teams OneNote etc Additional application knowledge plus PowerBI SmartSheets Work Mode Hybrid Location 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI Travel This position requires domestic travel approximately 15%
