Our client is a multinational clean energy solutions company with offices in Bergen County, NJ.

They have an immediate need for a Senior Product Owner/Business Analyst to support the implementation of a business critical web application.

This is a W2 hourly position. We cannot do C2C-only W2. This role is onsite 3 days a weeklocal candidates only.

Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders, business users, project managers, and technical team to understand business needs and gather requirements.
Enhance existing business processes and workflows in order to identify the areas for potential improvement and optimization.
Provide detailed documentation, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows, to communicate requirements to the development team.

Provide communication and collaboration between business users, project managers, and development teams in order to meet project goals and requirements.

Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, with proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with content management systems (ie Drupal, Magento, Wordpress) is required.
Experience supporting web-based applications and solutions is required.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
Experience with design and work management tools (Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Chart).
