    Description

    Physical Therapist

    The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop creative and effective treatment plans.

    Maintaining patient confidentiality and creating a positive environment are essential skills for this role.

    You will be responsible for conducting evaluations, providing interventions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient healing and functional independence.

    This requires strong clinical decision-making skills and a commitment to patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collects and records patient care data in accordance with department guidelines and regulatory agencies.
    • Conducts initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans, and communication with the team.
    • Prepares for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting tests and measures.
    • Synthesizes evaluation results to formulate diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
    • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
    • Valid CPR License and experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
    • $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus.
    • Quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.
    • Guaranteed 3 weeks PTO and 4 weeks PTO upon completion of one-year service.
