Then you might be a great fit for a part-time receptionist position on our team The perfect candidate will be passionate about helping others, have discernment regarding job tasks, be detail-oriented, be able to multi-task, and maintain a positive attitude We put our agents first, and this role directly supports our agents

    As the first point of contact for anyone entering the office, the ideal candidate will welcome everyone with a smile and a genuine sense of warmth. This person understands that our real estate agents and their clients deserve exceptional service from everyone on our staff.

    Compensation:

    $16 - $20 hourly approximately 15-20 hours per week on average

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Provide coverage for the reception area every other Saturday/Sunday and some weekdays
    • Assist Broker with real estate file checklists
    • Add/Edit listings for real estate agents
    • Help create social media posts
    • Assist financial officer with creating documents that recognize agents' achievements
    • Help update and maintain spreadsheets
    • Assist with calendar appointments for conference rooms
    • Assist with event coordination and project management
    • Deliver mail to in-house mailboxes
    • Other tasks as they arise
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
    • Proficient in English
    • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Reliable, prompt, consistent, and trustworthy
    • Pays attention to detail and accuracy
    • Maintains a positive attitude
    • Must be flexible and have the ability to shift priorities as needed
    • Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks
    • Professional in appearance, mannerisms, dress, and work ethic
    • High-level people skills (collaborative, friendly, passionate about helping others, team player, self-starter)
    • Task-driven (desire to complete tasks efficiently and professionally)
    • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
    • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
    • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
