    The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Forecasting is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics to craft the forecasting process and support growth opportunities for brands within J&J Vision. This position will partner closely with the existing forecasting & analytics teams, brand leadership, and other partners to uncover opportunities to strategically influence Marketing & Sales team members. Specifically, the candidate will support the team's forecasting & analytics efforts, helping to inform, advise, and counsel business partners in the creation of new and existing business strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead in the development and implementation of the JJV financial forecasts models; help track and articulate performance to senior level leadership.
    • Proactively identify new data sources that will improve decision making & increase forecast accuracy. Implement forecast modeling approaches; work with supplier and internal partners, cultivate positive relationships in the context of resources, timing, and overall franchise goals.
    • Integrate forecasting efforts with primary research, intelligence, & analytics insights, developed by peers across the Commercial Excellence team. Help translate results into business impact, providing strategic feedback to business plans, sales & brand strategies, and new product launches.
    • Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.
    • Develop internal and external partnerships by working cross-functionally with complementary teams, including, but not limited to: Finance, Global Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain & Strategy.
    • Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.
