Job summary

The Lifestyle Coordinator position requires a polished, creative, enthusiastic professional who is able to provide outstanding customer service to a large master planned community.
This vital role serves as the face of the community and the ambassador for all the lifestyle activities.
As a FirstService Lifestyle Coordinator,
You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for your homeowners that cultivate a sense of belonging and ongoing pride in ownership within your community in addition to providing high level support to
General Manager ensuring property is maintained operated in accordance with Company objectives
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills are required with effective interpersonal writing oral communication abilities.

  • Your Responsibilities Manage Community Center Create update Community Center policies procedures Create implement relevant innovative activities programs build community neighborhood Responsible on-site production execution events social committees programs Publicize events news via mass email calendars Produce monthly newsletters weekly Communication Homeowners interaction developer marketing team Work directly homeowners social committees relationships anticipate needs gather event volunteers gauge interests Demonstrate routine ability adjust changing circumstances Develop vendors businesses facilitate maintenance activities events Support General Manager organizing attending Board meetings Provides financial management administration policies procedures infrastructure litigation processes collections maintenance mechanical procedures Reviews quality services provided Association Communicates General Manager daily Board weekly Establishing personal relationship Board GM Attends assists set up annual budget election meetings Conducts property inspections regularly provides recommendations observations improve property Organizes maintains access control contracts Programs access control devices Follows Corporate policies recruiting payroll processes accounting human resources policies Ensures records kept good order Provides five-star customer service calls messages timely hours Facilitates Social Event committee meetings acts liaison committee members Prepares event budget presentation GMBoard Directors Acts intermediary owner/resident assist prompt response questions/problems Follows safety procedures maintains safe work environment Skills Qualifications Education/Training College degree preferred but not required High School Diploma Equivalency required Experience/Knowledge/Abilities Years Property/Lifestyle Management related experience preferred Basic knowledge Texas Statutes governing documents plus Proficient command Microsoft Office information system hardware software required Graphic design knowledge basic Strong written verbal communication skills customer service interpersonal skills ability speak public Ability read analyze interpret technical leases regulations documents complexity plus Working knowledge Microsoft applications Constant Contact SquareSpace Canva What We Offer As full-time associate eligible full comprehensive benefits include medical plans dental vision Time off benefits paid holidays 401k company match Occasional travel may attend training other company functions Compensation $25-$28/year Disclaimer This job description therefore management has right assign reassign schedules duties responsibilities job time#
