    Our Expectations

    Our Regional Property Managers manage and oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. This person is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the CEO and client. Our RPM directs onsite team and provides operational and financial oversight and direction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee Financial Management of Properties
    • Coaching and Developing Staff
    • Oversite of Physical Management
    • Maintain Owner Relations
    • Maintain Vendor Relations

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Leadership, management and coaching capabilities
    • Strong customer service background
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills/Ability to prioritize
    • Knowledge of Yardi software
    • Industry knowledge
    • Technical property understanding

    Education and Experience

    • Four years of experience in Multifamily Property Management
    • Two years of recent experience as Regional Property Manager
    • Strong property management and operational experience
    • CA Real Estate License *required
    • Professional Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree (not required)
