    Job Description


    As our Fall IoT QA EngineeringCo-op,you will be an extension of our Global Product Development team and experience a collaborative and diverse learning environmentcollaboratingwith cross functional teams where you willparticipatein all aspects of our product development process.

    Our Software Engineering Co-ops will work full-time for the semester and mustbe actively enrolledas aComputer Scienceor Computer Engineering major or Electrical Engineering (with Computer Science coursework).

    We seek students open to one or multiple semesters.
    Responsibilities
    Work on products that we design composedof:hardware, firmware, Wi-Fi, cloud,iOS and Android mobile apps, andGoogle and Alexa voice control
    Support validation team to ensure product designs perform as intended, and ensure they are reliable and safe for the consumer
    Design, develop,andmaintainautomated test scripts
    Support engineering projects andparticipatein functional project team activities
    Support andmaintainfirmware process flow-chart, hardware development, software test plan and functional validation for consumer IoT products
    Qualifications

    Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (softwareprogramming focus)
    Experience with Pythonor similar language
    Strong analytical skills and creative ability
    Prefer experience with standard electronic lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and soldering equipment
    Strong communication(written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels within our organization
