- Oversee projects from inception to completion. Create impactful presentations for Management backed by factual data to propose enhancements.
- Familiarize and advocate for Bosch Production Systems and Lean principles; Participate in designing Material, Information, and People Flow.
- Aid in identifying efficiency improvements in Manufacturing Value Streams and provide assistance to different production sectors.
- Support manufacturing units by facilitating problem-solving activities using suitable tools.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement solutions for ergonomic issues on various workstations.
- Master time study techniques, including job breakdown, performance evaluations, and study summaries for Industrial Engineering functions.
- Carry out production line audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

- Current enrollment in an accredited university
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum preferred overall GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA coding is advantageous.

Job Description
The Anderson Industrial Engineering Department at Bosch plays a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by establishing precise labor and machine standards for product cost computation and pricing. The team drives continuous enhancement by applying lean methodologies from the Bosch Production System (BPS). Industrial Engineers utilize SAP software to develop and maintain accurate plant routings for all Anderson products, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Through comprehensive training and guidance, co-ops undertake and finalize significant projects across the plant, honing their Industrial Engineering skills and exposure to various manufacturing processes.

Housing Stipend of $2500 per rotation for Co-ops living over 50 miles away from Bosch Anderson.
Indefinite U.S. work authorization required. No sponsorship available.
