Job summary
The LTL Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) operations within ADL's 3PL environment.This role combines hands-on shipment execution with team leadership, carrier coordination, and service accountability.
The LTL Supervisor ensures shipments move efficiently, service commitments are met,
and operational staff are supported, coached and held to performance standards.
- Provide oversight of daily LTL operations to ensure service commitments compliance performance standards met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned LTL customers owning communication expectations issue resolution.
