    About the Role

    The Regional Business Development Director will be responsible for leading a team of account managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as expand existing relationships with key customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
    * Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
    * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies
    * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition

    Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion
    * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
    * Ability to analyze complex business data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes

    Salary Information

    This position is estimated to pay between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
