JD:
Primary skills (100%) / experience:

Experience and knowledge of reporting and process management.
Experience in identifying process improvements and implementation.
Experience in data management and manipulation. (Data available mainly in Clarity tool)
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and present improvement opportunities in systems performance and efficiency.

Secondary skills (50%)/ experience:

Versed in documented operations management with responsibility in leading initiatives and demonstrating leadership skills with direct responsibility to simultaneously manage one or more work-streams within a program.

Experience in combining and aggregating program information from multiple sources and reporting the program's overall health to include deliverables, cost, schedule, risks, and issues.

Must evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes, and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes, as needed.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, with a proficiency in report coordination and report development.

Tertiary skills / experience:
Experience with reporting and project management tools, like Clarity PPM & Jira
Tools are used to capture data for reporting and tracking purposes.
