    Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

    Experience:


    • 10 months of role experience is required.


    • Experience with Epic is required.

    Requirements:


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.


    • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    General MRI exams.

    On-call Req: Yes, Rotating Call

    All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.

    Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.

    Float between like units needed: Yes, between OIC and Hospital

    Block schedule: Per manager discretion.

    Patient Population experience req: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

    Certs Req: ARRT or ARMRIT

    BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.

    Skills experience req: IV Starts, PACS, Contrast

    Scrub Color: Black

    RTO must be included at time of the submission

    Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

    All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
