Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a prominent and reputable investment firm that is looking to add a finance manager to their team due to year over year growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You will act as a strategic business partner, decision maker, in addition to providing regular financial reporting.

Job Description

:

Responsible for maintaining budgets and forecasts for management companies, including forecasts of Fee-Related Earnings
Develop forecasts for management companies, including forecasts of Performance-Related Earnings and Distributable Earnings
Develop KPI's for management companies
Develop cash forecasts, assist with liquidity and cash management, and prepare distribution proposals for excess cash
Streamline finance processes and KPI's for internal management reporting and external investor reporting to minority shareholders
Earnings Releases and SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K filings of public peers and perform peer comparison and provide recommendations
Review debt agreements and prepare debt covenant certifications
Assist with the quarterly close process and system implementations, as needed

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
CPA or CFA Licensure preferred
5-7 years of progressive finance experience required
Fund or asset manager experience required
