- Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 55 students district-wide
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey
- Completion of NJ requirements: TB test, physical examination, and fingerprints for both Sunbelt and School District
- Ability to pass a Zoom interview
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not required
