    Our client, a sports focused, elevated dining experience, is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at their flagship NYC location.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Partner on development, enhancement, and creation of systems that encourage efficient and effective service standards
    • Implement and lead staff training to educate on product awareness
    • Collaborate to ensure team members are providing excellent guest experiences
    • Partner on the recruiting process by identifying talent gaps, attract/acquire talent, and provide interview feedback
    • Support new hire on-boarding and training
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health & Safety guidelines and liaise with stakeholders to promote a clean and safe work environment
    • Develop revenue channels that result in profit streams and support goals
    • Partner with team to gather member feedback and develop initiatives that address concerns

    Job Qualifications Include:

    • 3+ years of experience in food & beverage operations
    • Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Must have supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience
    • Must have a strong business aptitude
    • A 4 year degree in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management preferred

    Salary: $80k - $85k annually
