    Job Overview

    Western Digital is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in simplifying complex landscapes, modernizing technical stacks, and guiding teams towards business and financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture
    • Retail technical debt, modernize the technical stack, and integrate more scalably
    • Guide teams to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity, and increase agility
    • Serve as primary escalation point for enterprise architecture
    • Translate new business strategies into integrated technology solutions
    • Design architectural frameworks and train colleagues
    • Engage business & technical leaders to secure commitment to adopting the end-state blueprint

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 15+ years of experience in simplifying CRM + ERP landscapes, with Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP experience preferred
    • 15+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes
    • 10+ years of experience using visual artifacts to document and convey enterprise architecture intent
    • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, governance, and change management
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects
    • Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive outcomes in fluid situations
    • Demonstrated ability in information security, data management, and regulatory compliance
    • 10+ years of experience with cloud-hosted applications and middleware
