    About Your Role

    You'll join our Product Growth team to help build the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates. Growth at Heidi isn't about hacks or dark patterns. It's about deeply understanding why users love Heidi, and protecting and strengthening that at every touchpoint. You'll work on some of the most important problems in the business every improvement you ship compounds across our entire user base.

    This is an ideal role for a PM who wants to learn growth craft from first principles while making real impact. You'll get reps across the full funnel from distribution and virality to activation and monetisation while developing the analytical rigour and product intuition that defines great growth PMs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Execute on growth initiatives across our problem space
    • Run experiments to improve key metrics, ie: signup conversion, Week 2 retention, feature adoption, and self-serve revenue.
    • Analyse user behaviour to identify friction points and opportunities in the user journey.
    • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship fast, measure rigorously, and iterate based on data.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives across all distribution channels.
    • Build dashboards and reports that help the team understand what's working and why.

    What You'll Need

    • Strong analytical skills comfortable with data, experimentation, and making decisions based on metrics.
    • Intellectual curiosity about why users behave the way they do and how products can influence behaviour ethically.
    • Bias for action you'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than debate endlessly.
    • Clear written and verbal communication can distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
    • Comfort with ambiguity growth work often means testing hypotheses, not following playbooks.
    • Bonus: Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth startups.
