- Program Management-Support Agreements: Manages support agreements for the 11th wing. Responsible for coordinating all new, existing, or proposed agreements through all appropriate functional and staff elements.
- Program Management-Logistical Analysis: Determines support requirements of requesting units. Obtains workload, strength, and associated cost data from requester.
- Program Management-Automated System: Manages local support agreements database. Manages a shared drive on the local area network and SharePoint site which contains the local support agreement files and database.
- Plans and Integration: Under direction of the Installation Deployment Officer, performs logistics support for all contingency, exercise, and emergency deployments and movements from JB Andrews.
- Formulating long-range, emergency, and contingency logistics and mission plans supporting the 11th wing, tenants, operating locations, and all other personnel assigned to or serviced by the 11th wing.
- Conducts war and emergency planning and monitors related training, tests, and exercises.
